Try a hand or foot massage with this blend.
Blend 2 drops each of Bergamot, Lavender and Frankincense essential oils with a carrier oil such as sweet almond or coconut oil. Rub it on the bottoms of feet or into your hands and make sure to inhale the sweet smell.
Another recipe that uses more essential oils is to help with occasional depression is
5 drops Bergamot
5 drops ylang ylang
4 drops rosewood
3 drops geranium
2 drops jasmine
and 1 drop rose
This blend may be diffused or used as a perfume/cologne. Apply directly over the heart, thymus, temples and wrists. May add to bath water. Dilute with a vegetable or massage oil for a full-body massage. Note: it may be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Always avoid eye contact.
