2 Cans of Chicken Breasts (or two cups cooked chicken)
1 Cup of chopped celery
1 chopped avocado
1-2 Tablespoons of real mayo made with almond oil (Primal Kitchen is good)
6 drops of Lime essential oil
1 small apple chopped (small Galas work well)
1/4 tsp of Dill Seasoning (Wildtree has a wonderful Dill seasoning)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1/4 Cup of Red onion could be added.
Garnish with fresh parsley
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
